In this lesson you will learn to distinguish between the 4 different versions of the adjective “tout” which means “all”.

How to carry out this lesson at home:

1. Follow the PowerPoint presentation.
2. “Tout” is used with the masculine singular. “Tous” is used with the masculine plural. “Toute” is used for the feminine singular, while “toutes”
is used for the feminine plural.
3. Watch the short video attached.
4. Work out Exercise 1 of the attached worksheet and correct.
5. Work out Exercise 2 of the worksheet. This is a dictation.
6. Listen to the recording of the 7 sentences at one go.
7. Listen for the second time and write down the sentences.
8. Listen for the third time and check your sentences.
9. Check the right sentences on the answer sheet.
