This lesson provides older mathematicians with an opportunity to solve a given problem by collecting, sorting, classifying and organising information in a table (including tally and frequency). Furthermore they will be given the opportunity to discuss and explain results.
During this lesson children will sort animals according to the type of animal, record data by tallying and filling in the frequency chart provided. A discussion about the data organised in the table will follow.
