Teaching objectives of the lesson
Students will learn about the importance of the Golden Age of Ancient Greece and its legacy to the world.

Step 1
Open the power point presentation in pdf format about Ancient Greece.
Step 2
Observe carefully each picture source and the written text on each slide. Choose the language version (Maltese or English) which suits you best.

Step 3
Once you went through all the slides in the power point, refer to the last two slides with the questions (Maltese or English version). Read the questions carefully before attempting to answer them.

Step 4
Start answering the questions on a word document in this manner:
• Type in bold each question from the power point.
• Type in normal font the answer under each question.
• Enter a line space between each question.
• Use the clues in the questions (e.g. ‘Use slide 7 and 8 to help you answer’) to look for the answers
in the power point.

Step 5
To assess your work, download the pdf file with the marking scheme with the same name of the power point presentation. Here you can match your answers with the model answers in the marking scheme and rate your work from a total of 20 marks.
